here is mine. i love this color.


the only down side is that the sun turns it brownish on some spots.

Also primer will suck in water and you can get rust under there and never know it untill you get a hole.

That only helps stop bar metal from rusting untill you can put on some primer sealer.

hey my car got in an accident so after replacing the parts i needed to make it one colour

i sprayed the whole thing with grey sandable primer
will that suck in water and cause rust ?? and can i spray the rest of the car with a duplicolor spray paint

Etch primer is used to condition bare metal and provide good chemical adhesion with acid contents. It can be used wet on wet to sealer or base, or as mentioned to temporarily protect bare metal. Epoxy primer is the more durable, longer lasting DTM primer thats good for long projects and sealing/protecting inside panels and hard to reach bare metal areas. Good epoxy can get expensive, the color you guys are referring to is more like epoxy to me. Etch primer is typically white, gray, black but does come in other colors. Might as well just get some cheap flat single stage. Primers are not meant to be exposed to the elements and preform the best when protected with a topcoat.
