i just got done swapping my ls into my 89 si hatch and i am having trouble when i start it up it will only rev to 3500 rpms and then its like its hitting a rev limiter i have tried a new chip already does any one have any other suggestions please i need help

 

You're in limp mode. What codes are thrown?

 

well the only code that comes up is the light on the ecu stays lite it doesent blink i have tried clearing it but it is still the same so idont know um how do u get out of limp mode
