when i get my hatch im going to drop a ls in it right away, and i was worndering how they perform in a cx hatch like against other cars like say an 99-01 si or somethin like that, thanks!

I used to have a gutted cx hatch (weighed 1960 lbs w/out driver) with an LS motor and I would destroy Si's. With i/h/e and lightened flywheel I beat a supercharged si.

when i used 2 have an LS in my 98 hatch i could take 99 Si's and etc......

stock 99-00 si's aren't anything. i beat those with my little 1.5l dx motor in my hatch. you should be able to take them real easy with the ls motor. i'm going to go ls too, but i'm getting mine in the summer if everything goes well. let me know how the ls feels in your car when you get it put in.

Si's aren't slow cars, a light hatch with 127+tq and 140+hp is going to pull more.

well...i have the LS and I burn Si/GSR's all day. Burned a couple stock GST's too. RSX Type S stayed with me all the way though. So i wonder what will happen when i get my IHE installed and a new clutch???

i just got a GSR block and will be starting on that very soon

a ls in in cx is guna be pretty quick imean not the fastest thing out there but my oy droped a d16z6 into his cx just for now and the damn thing is quick. so i'm willing to bet if tuned right the ls will do pretty damn good

No problem, torque is a wonder.
