cliffs: ordered axles on 8/14/07, still refuses to give me my money back after months of total BS on the part of DSS. I do not have product in hand either.

I have a set of axles that are being RMA'd as we speak. I hope I do not have any issues. Sorry to hear about your experience. I ordered my axles from a distributor and he had assured me oh ya "Frank from DSS ive been friends with him forever I have worked with him for many years hes a good guy." Lets hope it holds up.

well, it's a matter of whether or not frank wants the business in the future from that source you got your stuff from. you probably will be ok because you have that financial carrot that he needs as a business - distributor purchases.

me? i'm one guy, a retail customer to him who bought his lowest level product, so obviously he could care less about me and my $325 which he's stolen. i should have cracked him in the skull and knocked down his entire booth at the show so i could atleast get SOMETHING positive for the money he's stolen from me, but i'm a professional so that was not an option.
