Timing Belt, all Belts, Plugs, Wires, Dizzy Cap & Rotor, Filters, Seals? Timing Tensioner Setup, and everyone will recommend going to a Manual Tensioner over the Auto Tensioner..

Anything wrong with your car? Leaking oil?
What's been done in the past? It all depends..

Depends on what has been done before, but timing belt and tensioner are a must, plus it's always good to do a distributor cap & rotor, plugs & wires, fuel filter, air filter, oil change, valve adjustment, PCV valve, clean the EGR, tire pressure, inspect ball joints, 02 sensors, etc... Might also run some Seafoam through it

go to a dealer for the ball joints, Im pretty sure that there is a recall on them.

Why would you need to replace the clutch? Ive heard these things run into the 200k mark

Use only OEM parts and fluids.

Timing belt (and balancer, alternator/ac belts) and Water pump
Valve adjustment (should be done every 30k miles)
Spark plugs and wires (only use NGK plugs and wires)
Distributor cap and rotor should be done every
Fuel filter
Brake fluid (should be changed every 2 years)
Coolant (should be changed every 4 years)
Oil change
Transmission fluid
