yes everything has been converted. also it has the JR ECU flash or whatever they use when you install a kit. i suppos it could need a new tune. is that possible?

i have no expierence with superchargers. when its idealing or revving a little the supercharger is making a grinding noise. does this mean it is bad or is this how it sounds when it isent tuned right.??

Any cel's (check engine lights)? Was the engine running good before u put the s/c on it or did it always run badly?

no there are no CEL's. also i have used a diagnostic tool on it a couple times and it says the crank position sensor is bad so i tested that and it is fine im sure of that. yes it was in brand new running condition before the supercharger was added.

describe the problems with how it runs. is it only the noise from the SC that is bad?

it will start and run for a while but after a little bit the plugs get fouled out and it dies. when you put it at full throttle i will only go to about 4K RPMs. the reason i brought up the supercharger is because i think it isent getting enough air. the thing is that it was running great before i but the JDM motor in. the JDM motor has .6 more compression i believe, could this affect it this much.

No. the plugs getting fouled means too much gas. Is this setup using the FPR, fuel pressure regulator that came with the supercharger? What's your fuel pressure doing?

i know you said you converted everything over but this sounds like a problem similar to one i had. The h22a uses peak and hold injectors while the obd2 h22a4 uses saturated injectors. You are using the right kind of injectors for your ecu correct?

1992-96 Prelude VTEC Peak and Hold 345cc
1997-up Prelude VTEC H22 Saturated 280cc

if you using the 345 cc h22a peak and holds with you obd2 ecu it will cuase this exact problem!!!!!

double check the wiring to the ecu, bad wiring will cause it to die, which was what i had before. when you splice wire make sure you solder them. I recommend ditching that unit and go with hondata.

when i tested it. it threw a CKP code so just for kicks i cut the wire that was from the supercharger and spliced into one of the 4 wires too the crank position sensors. when i did this it stopped trowing the code. if this makes sense explain it to me please. thanks for all your help thus fare, i want to get this basterd on the road!
