Will the balance shaft in a 2.2ltr 1997 Accord cause a knock at certain engine loads that resembles a bearing knock? And is this normal? The engine, etc is in excellent shape now and recently had new rod and crank bearings installed (we changed all bearings due to the #3 rod bearing knocking due to having excessive clearance) but the balance shaft knock has always been there.
