what pistons/rods/sleeve company would you recomend? (boosted)
I plan on rebuilding a gsr block and using the type r head and transmission i currenntly have. I want fully built buttom end. Im planning on just running very conservative tuning on s300. Basic goals are to get around 350whp and be able to drive it as often as possible without having to worry about to many issues. top end would be totally stock type r head for now. So what do you guys think. Somethign that is effective yet not overkill for what im doing.

there is no need for aftermarket sleeves for 350whp...hell, theres hardly a need for anything other than a bone stock B series for that power goal...check my sig...thats on a stock GSR block

j/k schister is right sleeving isnt necessary at that level. might as well throw in a new oil pump, water pump timing belt while your at it. we also clean and drill the cranks on our shortblock builds.

As far as sleeving I like ERL, But I also like Golden Eagle just depends on what your buget is like. IMO

The ones that give you the proper clearances.
Personally I used the ACL bearings because they were about half the price and they allowed for perfect clearances

I prefer OEM. I used k-series main bearings on my motor because they were much cheaper and work! Total of around $110 in bearings.
