will a 92 to 95 civic Vtech clutch fit...
can I get a 92 to 95 civic V-tech clutch to fit in my 88 crx si? my friend is selling one pretty cheap, and I think I will be needing one soon. If it wont fit where can I get a clutch cheap, that will hold 8 psi of boost?

yes, it should bolt right up.
You should try contacting Ben at http://www.importparts.com for his special on Clutchnet clutches. They're manufactured by RPS turbo clutch, and I won't buy anything else for my cars.

no it WONT work.... the 92-95 fits 89-91 Civic/CRX but makes a little rattle noise. i got a 93 Si clutch on my stock 90 STD tranny and its does a little rartle.... anyways, ur 88 tranny has about 21 little teeth. and the 89-91 has 20 i beleive... it wont fit. sorry man

I'm using a 96' D16Y8 flywheel, clutch disk and pressure plate with my 89' tranny... the 89 clutch was too small for the 96 flywheel. It does have a little "chatter" though, I wonder if that's normal, considering my brother just put in an ACT clutch and it does the same thing.

I dont know much about the 92 to 95 tranny. I didnt know if their was diff. tranny for the "Vtec" engine.
