on my way 2 get some gas and with my luck engine shut down ran out of gas.filled it with 1.5 gal. n the car wont start engine wont even turn .Finally AAA came and tried jump starting the car ,engine turns but still wont start .maybe its due to running out of gas. found out that the battery is dead though please help!!

 

Check your fuel filter. Can you hear your fuel pump prime when the key is in the "on" position? Have you tried adding more gas? Your battery is probably dead from you trying to start it so much with no gas.
