Just wondering, cause not too long ago I saw a video where a kid totally missed 4th gear and the RPM needle was around, hhhmmmm 13K, LoL - Not good.

I think my Si hits it around ..hmm 8400, when the car is in gear.

 

He misshifted. Revlimiter can't do a damn thing if you shift into 2nd at 90mph.

the rev limiter does nothing in neutral, only the fuel cutoff can "save" your engine past it.

 

thats the first SI i have seen that the rev limiter hits at 8400, my GSR hits at 8100-8200....

 

8400 ... 8100/8200 same crap

 

yes the S has a rev limiter...i believe its around 8500 or so...
