Default ecu chip question

i have a 97 h22a4 in my 89 lude. i am using a p06 stock because thats all that will make it run decent and. i also have a p05 that has been socketed and chipped for v-tech at 4200 rpms no rev...... but it doesnt want to run as good as the p06

can someone tell me if the chips are interchangable?

is it possible to put a spoon p13 chip in my p05s new socket???????????????????
(main question)

just to make make car run like it should.

it is just getting fustrating. i cant find a p13 in my area and i dont want to pay 300 dollars eaither.

for right now i have to let the car warm up before it will work fine. i can hold the gas all the way down and it will act like my foot is off the gas but when it warms up it takes off like a bat out of hell.
