B20 problems

I got a B20 in my 92 Si hatch, When i start my car, i have to listen for a Whining noise im sure is my fuel pump. If it doesnt make that noise before i turn the key it wont start. WTF is taht? is it normal?

not sure on a b20 but i know on my d16 it was the distributor. sounds hella weird but thats what it was

prob your main relay. it is under your dash on the drivers side..
