gota question about swapping my engine

alright so i have a b16 and i'm not satisfied with the hp so i want to do a swap first and then boost it. i want to do a swap but i want to keep my b16 tranny. i was thinking of a gsr longblock but what type of parts would i need for the engine if i did that?? if i did do a gsr swap with the b16 head do you think it would cost more than a complete swap to something else anyways?? cause if it costs more i probably will want a different plan ^_^ how much do you think i could sell my block for if its got 114xxx on it right now mechanically its fine?? and yes i know i'll get more from boosting my engine but everyone where i live just boosts so i want to do something different and have my car stand out. any suggestions would be great

you currently have a b16, but you want to swap a b18 block, keep the b16 head and tranny, then boost it.
what would be the point of swapping the block? why not simply build the bottom end?
but then at the end you say you don't want to boost at all

haha i'm sorry i mean they just boost and keep their engine stock. so i wanted to do it a bit differently and swap something in and build it up a little then boost it. and i would only keep the head while i was saving for the b18c5 head so i basically would have i think what ive been told is the poor mans ITR? i guess i'm not really sure what i want to do but i know i want to do something different. from everyone else that lives here haha.but i know i do want to keep the tranny cause i like the shorter gear ratios. sorry for making that so complicated
