Default ECU will not turn on

Okay.. I have a 91 Civic Wago, and everything was working fine.. I cranked it up, moved it to my garage, turned the key off, and not more than 5 mintues went by and i tried to crank it again. The check engine light doesnt turn on, and i pulled the carpet back to see if the ecu blinked, and it didnt do anything. First thing that came to mind was the main relay.. Changed it, nothing happened.. The car turns over, and all dash lights work except the check engine light. I hear no fuel pump either

I check ALL fuses, all fuses fine.. Im confused, and need help. This is my only daily and i need this to run quite badly. Only other thing i can think of is the ecu, but im not sure if its that..

Anyone have a simular prob? Or someone know a way to jump the ecu to make it manually turn on??!?!?

Yes, don't just check the dash fuses. CHeck the under hood fuses.
Could be your main fuse.
