Default sound like a good deal on this integra?

1997 black integra, tan cloth interior, tint.
Good body minor dings, no rust above or below, black in color, rear spoiler.
Interior is tan cloth, decent shape, needs cleaned up, no tunes.
Trans is a 5 speed, previous owner says it was replaced with a type r and a stage 1 clutch. I do not know how to verify this.
Stock style rims now with very good 14'' tires.
Motor is 1.8 non v-tech stock, runs very well, no smoke, no leaks, 218k.
Column was broken when stolen, has electrical problems now, power windows do not work (did), wipers stay on all the time (didnt), steering wheel doesnt lock (did), in-line ignition fuse blows (didnt).
I used this car for a reliable daily driver prior, several trips from Md to OH with o problems.
$1,350

good price or no?

Im guessing its salvaged from theft recovery.

If its doing ~4500rpm@80mph in 5th gear than it should be a Type R tranny unless its a b16. It really depends what you want this car for. Id always recommend a clean titled car for a daily.

It's been stolen so I'd assume the title is salvaged. Talk him down to less than a thousand. And that is a shitload of miles if you want it for a daily. If it is your winter beater, then go for it.

if you dont mind doing electrical work then go ahead, and if that is quoted from his page and he spelled it 'v-tech' then make sure he didnt put the tranny in.
