looking for pics of band saw jigs for merge collectors fab. (searched)
iv been practacing with a horizontal/vertical band saw cutting pvc and made a decient jig to make a merge collector for my first turbo mani. iv done lots of searches and only came up with a few pics, if any one has any pics or even pics of them making a 4-1 merge collector that would be helpfull
this is what i setup for making a 2-1. i know its different but might give you something. i first drew out dimensions on paper, traced a cardboard cutout. lined it all up and clamped.

I'm not trying to criticize your post, but I feel it's misleading. What you've got there, number 1, isn't a jig. Number two, your fitment is only good because your doing two single cuts. As long as your bandsaw cuts straight two single cuts is gonna fit right.
The issue with a 4-1 is you have to make your first cut, then turn it 90 degrees exactly and make another. That way when the 4-1 comes together, each piece occupies only 90degrees exactly. Making a 4-1 is a far different ball game dude...no offense.
O.P. Like dude said above...post your jig and I'll help you on how to make it work.

You could, but it just honestly overcomplicates the process. It's easier just to cut four pieces with one jig then put them all together. It's also pretty difficult for a bandsaw to cut one of those 2-1's down the side like you propose.

sorry i dont have a camara but the jig is pretty simple, it is based of the fence so i have the adjustability, and really it just is a wedge shaped jig that i can also clamp the material threw the pipe and hold the pipe fairly tight but im having a hard time finding the correct angles for the four pieces to come together and make a whole, btw the jig also lets me turn the pipe exactly 90 degrees i was just looking to see how other people are doing it and maybe it would help me
Everyone here that posts will probably have a different method of making fixtures and cutting the pipe. Which they've all learned by practice. So my suggestion to you is to look at the piece you are cutting, figure out the best way to hold it at the same angle everytime and go from there.
I would use one of these too if you dont already have one

So after you get your angle finder, and you figure out your jig, make your first cut. Rotate it to whatever degree you need (use your angle finder to help) make your second cut. Then do that 3 more times and you have a 4-1 collector

Unless said vice grips have been cut up and welded into the clamping mechanism
