Default i got hit...

i got hit..

i was park at little saigon in downtown seattle.

there were cars parked regularly and i parked perpindicular from the back of those parked cars, there was a line of cars but i guess it was a no parking zone...
...there was plenty of room for all the cars to get out from anyone of those parking spots..

i come out of a pho restraunt..

i see hella people around my car, and im thinking "yeh im flossin"

i walk up to my car and this guy asks if its my car, and i say "yup" with a big *** smile..

he goes..."you got hit"..
............................
..........................

f#cking ****....

and guy the left me a letter too..

it said :

"THERE IS A DENT ON CAR YOUR BECAUSE YOU PARKED ILLEGALY
CALL ME IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS -WAYNE (206) xxx- xxxx"....

WTF!!!!

i called his ***, talked to him, he was being cocky as hell saying that he wouldnt have hit me if i didnt park there, and in the end he said he wont pay it.

i called the 5-0 and the 5-0 call him and he got scared and apologized to me and said he'll pay...

puhakakka

so..i took it to the honda dealership body shop. and they gave me the final price of 934.07..LOL
it looks like a two small door things and they charging this much

honda is amazing

Not sure about "Honda is amazing" I think you should be giving credit to the police, and how stupid the guy was.

You're real lucky. You shouldn't get that fixed for free because you parked in a no parking zone. I don't know the lot you parked in or whatever but from what you said, it's your fault too.

Yeah, the guy hit Albert but he wouldn't have if Albert parked in a regular spot. I'm just saying you can't give one person 100% of the blame for something like this.

True. But, he most likely would of hit something else. LoL. But, not staying at the scene of an accident just to leave your number on his car to brag about how you're NOT going to pay him, is just plain retarded. Made for a good "lol" though.

its true i wouldnt have got hit if i was there..but he should of towed me or called a cop to ticket me or something instead of hitting me. cop agreed to that too.

but the next day i got a ticket for no front license plate and tinted windows 11%

and then stupid highline community college gave me a ticket for parking in the visitor lot.

then i come home after work , check mail, and the stupid photograph enforced thing caught my OLD car not stopping all the way but i guess the stupid dealership forgot to transfer the stupid title so i have fax stupid paper work

and two weeks on my way to oregon i got a ticket by a stupid undercover impaula cop.

.......and about 3 weeks before that i got a ticket for going 47 in a 35...

How in the hell do you afford insurance? (Being a student and all)

Time to get that front plate put back on to avoid that annoying $25 citation again.

lol when i was living in Allen, Tx i got a ticket for my front licence plate. I had it on my front window but the cop said it had to be on the front bumper. I actually looked up the law, i forget which one it is, but it only states that your licence plate has to be visible in the front and the back. Does not state it has to be on the bumper or any portion of the bumper. I took that to court and they dropped the ticket. Unfortunately i still had to pay a fee but they said it was "court fee". But it didn't go on my record. Even if i just paid it, it still wouldn't go on record tho because it's not a moving violation.

Albertlee: i'd look into talking with a lawyer.

Why look into getting an attorney or disputing the citation? You know you are doing something that you shouldn't do (no front plate or too dark tint), so how about just not doing them? If the cops are going to mess with you, just avoid it all together. What is soooooo bad about having a front plate? If anyone says so you can run red lights, yourself on the head for doing it, but the cameras take a photo of the rear of the car too, so you will still get the cite for failing to stop at a red signal and one for no front plate. Why would anyone put the plate in the windshield? Awkward, scratches the dash and the glass, and dangerous in an accident. Besides, if the cop can't read your plate (front or back) he will stop you because you are suspicious. Just follow the basic car rules and you will slip under radar for the most part.
