Default questions about buying a jdm motor

I need to buy a new motor for my car. I'd like to get a used usdm one, but when you compare prices, you get so much more for your money with the jdm motors. I'm sure a lot of people on here have bought motors from all kinds of stores online. Of course they all say that they run compression tests on their motors and this and that. I have a friend who bought a jdm motor for his 240. They said the same thing. How they ran compression tests on all their motors and guarenteed them for 90 days. He got totally fucked with a blown motor and of course he didn't get his money back. With anything, you get what you pay for. Anyone know of a reliable seller of jdm motors??? I'm looking at jdmtigerjapanese.com. Has anyone bought a motor from them???
