Default realistic?

I'm wondering if 180 whp is a realistic goal without any forced induction or touching the internals on the f22? I'm not looking for crazy power, just something as a nice DD.

So far the mod list includes:

aem shortty intake
4-2-1 dc sports header
apexi ws2 cat back
aem pulleys
apexi ground kit

I'm planning to throw on an AEM cam gear and tune with Apexi AFC Neo. i'll also be looking for a decent tuner in the philly/jersey/NYC area.
and i'm just curious as to what else i could do to help attain that goal. maybe a cam? headwork? I know that many will suggest that for the money i could just swap in an h22 or save and boost, but i'd like to stick with the f22 N/A. thanks for the help!

Since the top of the line F22 produced only 145 hp, and accounting for drivetrain loss off of that, I don't think 180 whp is a realistic goal.

You'll probably have only 120 hp currently due to age and drivetrain loss.

Cam gears won't help as much as camshafts would. You'll see more gains off of some reground cams than just fiddling with intake and exhaust timing.

It isn't difficult to see you making 150whp with some generally inexpensive NA work, but 180 is a stretch.

you could always swap a H22 head on there and then 180 whp would be very realistic......do a search on G series and youll find some very interesting threads GL

50 shot and call it a day if you don't care about the internals

okay, i guess i was being a bit too generous with myself. i guess i'm just going to see what comes of my mods and move on from there. are there any good dyno tuners in the jersey/philly/nyc area? I've been looking pretty extensively but haven't found much.
