Mugen Parts Anyone??
Well guys i just found out from my parts Mgr that you CANNOT order mugen parts from Honda unless you have a VIN number for a Mugen Civic.... not even the shift **** or exhaust...NOTHING! Man this blows, if anyone has heard differently let me know. Once we sell our Mugen Civic ill be ordering parts with their VIN number..hehe

how are they able to sell the wheels then? is that an exception to the rule?
I'm gonna have to go talk to the parts manager I'm friends with, see if we can't work around that.. lol

I couldn't care less that it's Mugen/JDM tyte y0, but the bumpers and sideskirts look a hell of a lot better than the stock bodykit of the DX/LX/EX. Not to mention that they'd hopefully fit like a glove (although talk of the HFP kit disheartens me). Honestly though, I could get the replica Type-R/RR bodykit that was posted on 8th, which looks even better.

I'm not surprised. Mugen Si is like a limited special edition of Si, and if you can just order the parts left and right, lots of people gonna make theirs look like one, and that will take away the special edition look.

you know they do sell every thing for the Mugen SI at http://www.kingmotorsports.com they are either the biggest or only us distributor for mugen in the US they have every thing that comes on the car

There is a difference between saying nothing and calling the users that are actually checking with dealerships on part avail. and sharing it for the forum so they can help others fanboi's due to them being interested in specific parts.

Im sure that there is some sort of difference in what they sell and what comes on the mugen civic. I dont see several things on king's website that are offered on the mugen civic.
