have a reving problem
i have a 97 civic coupe with a b18b swap in it. it rained hard last night and my car drove fine. I woke up this morning to drive my car and my car now will only rev to 3300 rpms. it idles fine and it revs and drive fine till i hit 3300 rmps. someone told me that its due to a "safe mode". whats a safe mode and how do i get it off
i was just wondering if anyone knew about the safe mode
