fuel gauge off
i swapped gauge clusters and ended up having to swap out all of the gauges inside of it cause some douche decide that the white faces were hella cool or something. but anyways my fuel gauge is way off after i fill up the needle is beyond the f and empty is at a little less than half a tank. anyone ran into this problem before or know how to fix it w/o pulling the needle?
The gauge might be broken. You need to remove the clear housing to where you can physically touch the gas needle, and push it all the way to empty until it wont let you move it anymore. If it gets rough at under half a tank, push it more towards empty. I just did mine and it works perfectly now. What year? I did it on my db1, and I also did my MPH and my RPM. Calibrated with another car driving next to me, everything perfect.....
not much beter then a stock integra gas guage they suck all day long... u fill up and it takes a day to show ur full then then for a week u got a full tank and u go in ur car the next day its empty..
My gas gauge goes to F when I fill it up but the problem ive seen on many honda's is that the gas gauge needle goes to E even though you have like 3 gallons left... or atleast thats what mine does.... it'll be in the red part and when I go to fill up it only takes 9 gallons... same thing with my friends integra and my brothers old civic.

I think you two are misunderstanding the problem. This is about 70miles after a fill up

no, i only removed the 2 screws that bond the cluster housing/circuitry to the component of the gauge itself, removed the gauge from that cluster, took the entire gauge as a whole and put it into the other cluster. the thought of pulling a needle seems like you're doing something wrong; i'm trying to stay away from that kinda stuff. The previous owner of this car molested it enough, I know that I don't need to be doing things like pulling needles. ya know?

does the needle even move? if it does then the gas needle is removable. just pull it out and remove it and put it in the correct spot. i had to do this when i had a civic...so im unsure if you can do it to an integra cluster but im sure its not much different.
