You need to remove the Alternator belt to get the Timing belt off.
I haven't worked on a D15 but the adjustment bolts on the Alternator will need to be loosened. A small propane tourch may be needed, heat the alternator a small bit to help lossen the bolt. You can buy the propane kit at a local hardware store, about $30.00 or less.
You'll need to lossen the tensioner bolt also.
Make sure the timing marks are lined up before you take everything apart.
Use anti-seze compound when you put things back together.

1st you have to take all the belts off the crank pully ( altenator, pws and ac if you have it)
2nd: remove the crank pully bolt after you put the engine to TDC.
3rd: Work around the pully tapping it lightly until it comes off. You might need a puller for this
4Th: once the pully is off DO NOT loose the pully Key
5th: remove the valve cover
6th: take off the upper and lower timing belt covers.
you should now have access to the timing belt and tensioner. If you look at the T belt cover you took off there should be a rubber plug covering a hole. When the cover is in place that hole gives you access to the timing belt tensioner bolt.
there are still more steps I hope you have a manual handy to finnish the job.
