Default 1988 EF Sedan

Hey everyone. I maybe getting back into the craze again. I had a 99 Integra, but i sold that in 2005. But this weekend i sold my Audi Avant in hopes of getting into a car that would get better mpg ( though i did get 27mpg city, in my awd wagon)

There is a 1988 Civic Dx sedan in the nearing town and it has 148K on it and im just wondering what i can look forward too with it. ( it is rated at 35mpg) Any suggestions would be wonderful. Its light blue with a perfect interior and its auto (which is fine) Are there things that i should go right a head and do with it ?

If i do plan to go with this car, i will get a K&N filter just to achive better air and flowage.

And im thinking suspension and rims (around 16" is fine)

This is going to be my DD for now, but i tend to carry a lot of toys. I work at a boat shop and i haul canoe's and kayak's, and a lot of bikes around town. There is a rack on my car pretty much 9months out of the year.

Anyway if you can give me any suggestions that would cool.

Here is a picture of it.

I personally think 15's look best, youll be surprised at what you can fit in a sedan with the back seat folded flat

What are sp33 ?

And i know about folding seats down. In my Audi wagon i did both, seats down and canoes/bikes up top. It worked very well.

And yeah 15"s would prob be a little better than bigger ones.

Oh and i think im going to go pick up the car tomorrow. Its a pretty good deal for a 20 year old car with only 148K on it.

What do you guys get for Mpg ?
