Burning ECU's, Code 4, Strange dizzy wiring...
A good friend of mine is having some trouble with his 90 STD.
-Boomslang conversion harness to obd1.
-D16y8 Motor, obd2a Dizzy.
We compared our dizzy wiring ( I also have a 90 std converted to obd1)..
Matched up all wire colors and pin locations.
Car throws a code 4, rev limit at 4 k and after a bit of running the ecu gets a solid cel. Has been through 3 known good working ecus so far.
We swapped my dizzy into his car and his into mine.
His car still throws code 4, mine runs just dandy.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your time. Help 2 ED guys out.

B10 and b12 are the wires added for the sensors that are located on Si cars and would not be on a DPFI car. I presume his car was converted via the harness, and something went wrong in that process there. I had an issue with it on my CRX going from DPFI to Si.
Check your solder points, I'm not familiar with Boomslang's DPFI OBD0-MPFI OBD1 subharness, but you could contact them regarding getting help with the issue also.
Check the wires at b10 and b12, use the shop manual, and search for cylinder position sensor / crank position sensor under archives here for the shop manual print outs. I don't remember which sensor it is.

You should use your obd0-obd1 jumper harness on his car with your ecu. See if that helps, if so then its his ecu jumper. Wire his dizzy up so its like yours if you have the same chassis.
