adjustable blox endlinks
anyone have problems with the new adjustable Blox endlinks being too big to fit into their OEM honda sway bars?
i got the blox endlinks for 92-00 civic/integra and i have a GSR sway bar and blox hardware doesn't fit through my OE gsr sway bar.. i guess i can drill it out a little bit.. anyone have this problem tho?

take a pic of the blox endlinks connected with the gsr rear sway.
have you tried removing the metal o-ring that fits inside the swaybars bushings??? i recently threw on a gsr rear sway and i had to remove the metal o-rings to be able to fit my endlinks (stock si endlinks). The endlink screw should fit right into the bushing itself, screw the nut on tight and you should be good. I've been running my sway setup like this for 2 months and i've seen no probs. Performance wise, it made a good difference. It's probably the cheapest mod i've done which has benefited performance/handling the most. i'd def recommend running a stock ej8/em1 front sway setup, thats considering you haven't already.

correct sir, just push the metal o-ring out, keep the bushing there

correct! leave the metal sleeve in there and use different endlinks. You should of got the oem replacement endlinks made by blox or oem honda ones that will fit the stock bushings/metal sleeve on the sway bar. I am using blox's adjustable endlinks with ASR metal bushings to replace the stock rubber/metal sleeve on the sway bar as it accomidates the bigger bolt.

yep...asr metal bushings, thats what i was using in my itr 22mm rear bar, untili changed it to the CTR rear bar. (felt it would be better off that way since i am in an EK chassis.)
