Default Changed cap and rotor and now car hesitates in first

I have 95 integra gsr turbo and i changed out the cap and rotor with new OEM honda parts, and now in first gear it hesitates/bucks. What could be the problem?

There was no problem with the old ones just thought it would be good to change them since they havent been changed in a while.

Could it be because it was tuned with the old cap and rotor and now thats its probably getting better spark, its throwing something off making it hesitate and buck? It only does it in first gear though, 2nd 3rd and 4th are fine. Let me know what u guys think! TIA

have you rechecked the base timing? also make sure you got the set screw in the rotor tight.

i didnt take the whole distributor off when i changed the cap and rotor so the timing wouldnt have been affected, and yes the screw is in tight, everything was pur on correctly. Any other ideas?
