I haven't created a new post in a long time. I figured that if I'm going to make a new post, I might as well make it worth somebody's time worth reading.
I had to place an order at King Motorsports for a pair of Mugen rear trailing arm bushings and found a set of Function7 aluminum swaybar bushings for OEM Honda rear swaybars. In case you probably don't know, I have a '98-spec JDM ITR rear swaybar. The bushings allow the use of a larger M10 bolt so that you can fit a pair of heim joints to an OEM rear swaybar.
Parts list:
King Motorsports - http://www.kingmotorsports.com
(1 set = 4 halves) Function7 aluminum rear swaybar bushings - $15.99
.Part#: F7-F7BRS10
Pegasus Auto Racing - http://www.pegasusautoracing.com
(2) Aurora Alloy Steel LHM M10x1.5 Rod End - $22.99 each
,Part#: 3066-M10x1.50-Left
(2) Aurora Alloy Steel LHF M10x1.5 Rod End - $22.99 each
.Part#: 3067-M10x1.50-Left
(6) 7/16" ID Safety Retaining Washer - $2.49 each
.Part#: 3068-07
OEM Honda Parts - http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
(2) M10x1.25x42mm Rear Swaybar Flange Bolt - $.68 each
.Part#: 90120-SB0-003
(6) M10 Rear Swaybar Washer - $.41 each
.Part#: 94103-10400
(2) M10x1.25 Flange Nut - $1.81 each
.Part#: 90304-SR3-014
(2) M10x1.25x59mm Flange Bolt - $3.78 each
.Part#: 90171-SR3-003
The procedure basically entails remove the original endlink, removing the inner sleeves (either one or two pieces per side) for the bushing on the swaybar, squeezing out the rubber bushing, and then bolting all of the new parts together.
You only need six safety retaining washers because one of the aluminum bushing halves acts as the failsafe and allows for high misalignment without hinderance.
Finished pictures:

Enjoy.

I can't really tell since I replaced the rear trailing arm bushings at the same time. It feels much tighter now, but I'm not sure if it's from the endlinks or the bushings. I don't really want to bother with disconnecting the endlinks to find out.

are you experiencing any clattering noises from the endlink movement when running over normal bumpage in the road? thats happens to me with all hemi endlinks i use on my 22mm CTR rear bar. i have function & LCAs which are like 2inches thick and dont allow me to use regular balljoint endlinks, so i need a hemi link to use a longer stud.
im not the only one with this problem though. just wanted to hear from others using various hemi links...
