what motor are you running? what kind of exedy clutch are you throwing in? OE? stage 1? how many miles is on the tranny? i would get a new slave cylinder, when i did my tranny swap my old slave went out on me, its cheap and will save you time in the long run. Yes change the fluids, either use GM mesh, honda MTF, or reg. motor oil. There's alot of debate on this topic so you decide.

Possibly axle seals. YOu can change the fluid even when the tranny's in the car. Pilot bearing, T/O bearing and there was another one that I can't think of right now.

the slave cylinder is the part that pushes on the fork to engage and disengage the tranny...trace the line from my clutch MC to the end of it and u will find it.

Buy a light weight flywheel, don't shave any weight off yours unless you have a machine shop do it. You don't want to mess with the balance of the flywheel.

I would keep the OEM flywheel or buy a new one, but if you keep the OEM get it resurfaced, don't lighten.
