so latley it seems as if my cars been acting up.

two things:

1) when i turn my car off there's this puttering noise that comes from the muffler.

2) when i start my car the CEL is usually solid along with the SRS and what not then turns off in like a couple of seconds. now it blinks for about 10 seconds before it turns off.

any ideas??
