Default OBD1 B16 and GSR harness the same?

I have a JDM OBD1 B16 swap that needs a harness. I have someone telling me a ODB1 GSR harness will work, all plug and play. It this correct? Are the harness's the same?

Thanks

Yes, the harness will work. You will have some plugs that will not be used. (knock sensor, secondary butterlies)

dont listen to this guy. it will work fine you will have some extra plugs and it wont throw a code because your ecu wont be looking for it

</TD></TR></TABLE>You can purchase a conversion harness for around $75 or so. For that much money, you can actually find one WAY cheaper from Pull-A-Part Salvage, even if it is a Non-VTEC harness.
