Default Wiring d16y8 Dizzy to my OBD1 harness..

Ok.. So i have a D16z6Block with a D16y8head and a OBD1Harness.. I cant figur out how to wire them up right.. I tryed to connect the blue to the blue and the black/yellow wire to the other black/yellow wire.. But it just turns over with no spark(it sounds like)..
Here are the pics of my harness and my dizzy.. with both clips..

I popped on my 1994 CX distributor onto my 96 EX head. It bolted on flawlessly.
