Default heat question

okay soooo for whatever reason no matter how long my car is on my heater never gets past mild temp...
radiator is good, new thermostat, waterpump is good, system has been bled like 5 times
i didnt think it would be my heater core because then i would be loosing coolant and would be overheating but it doesnt
i even opened the valve in the engine bay to allow flow through the core and still nothing
anybody have this problem or possibly know the solution??
need as much advice as i can get with it almost being winter and i went out side this morning and all my windows were iced and fogged and heater wouldnt de-fog windshield
and for those of you that might ask...yes rad. cap does still get hot as the rest of the engine does too.....butttttt still no heat from the heater

have you tried feeling the coolant lines entering and leaving the heater core??

you could try backflushing the system with h20 to make sure it's clear of obstructions. maybe it's clogged with sediment or has some solids built up to the point where flow is restricted.
