Default 2001 GSR fouling the plugs and hard to start

Any ideas? The main engine ground was left off for @9 months and it was hard to start in the am only at first. I found the ground strap hanging and I re-connected it. I have replaced the map sensor, distributor, cap, rotor, wires, plugs(twice), and I still have the same problem. I have checked the tps signal, ect signal, iat signal, and so on. The thing runs like the timing belt is off a tooth only on initial start-up. If you kepp the revs up untill it has warmed up a bit it will idle and run but has low power. Also it smokes a lot and runs super rich when it is cold. I checked the compression and it is all good. WTF

Any help would be sweet.
Thanks

You may have a sticky/gummed injector(s) from it sitting.

No, I pulled the fuel rail off and fired off the injectors. The spray pattern was perfect and they didn't leak...............
