Today was a usual test and tune day which my track holds every saturday, came down too late in the day to see it racing however it was there on the trailer, hoepfully will be a frequent attender over the weeks/months and ill try get some better shots of it or footage.

its the JDM version (not sure if theres a diff?) so has the brembos etc, was fully stripped in the rear and partial front to house a full manz certified roll cage (top level cage for NZ) and the air bags had been removed. in the front was just two OMP fixed back bucket seats with helmet support on both.

was running some 17" track alloys? never seen them before may have been prodrive brand? cant remember sorry wheel ****** and semi slicks.
will try get more info next time

our cars have never done well on the touge though. i had expected the Elise to slaughter the field but the ITR came within a couple of tenths of it, with the Altezza being surprisingly fast

 

You're right, I never see any DC2R do well on Touge in any past HV series.

watched vol 89 last night, its pretty good, spining out the techno pro spirit MRS was a hairy moment. wont ruin it for the others but yea the version i watched was the JDM so didnt understand much lulz..
