Boost means nothing if we don't know the size of your turbo...

Flow Charts and how much energy a motor cranks out.

Very true and I dont know why so many people try to reach a certain boost level for their goal. Set a power goal instead and pick out a properly sized turbo to match. Lots of people like using SC61s even though for ~90% of the setups ive seen, its overkill and everyone just has that "more power down the road" excuse. An SC61 on average can give ~300whp on about 8psi which for some reason makes everyone drool and say OmFg!! oN 8LbS!! which is absolutely retarded.

If you size your turbo just right, your gains will be phenominal. I have seen idiots think because they have a turbo they are going to automaticly be fast. Knew this moron named Tim O'neal put a turbo sized for a 2.0L DOHC on his 1.6L SOHC. Boy he thought he was king ****. Needless to say, his car was ever ever EVER so slow. He couldn't spool the damn thing until he had to shift and couldn't get it going until 3rd or 4th gear. Also his turbo piping was flex. I don't know how he pulled that off but i was LMFAO. He is the biggest moron and idiot i have ever known and seen in my entire life. If anyone knows him tell him i said he's a ******. but anyways.... just slapping a turbo on your car and calling it a day, well unfortunately, does not cut it. Like those turbo kits you see, IMO, they are to small for a K motor. On a typeS motor you should easily be passing 300hp on 8lbs. The reason i say that is because a GS-R with a T3/T04E on 8 lbs makes just shy of 300. Unfortunately, the T3/T04E is to small for the a2. The K blocks crank out a lot of energy, so do your research and when you find the right turbo you'll be glad you did.

Yeah, there is this idiot around here with a automatic ebay turbo'd cavalier that is only boosting for 500 rpm's. I don't think he has had his front bumper cover on once this summer. His intercooler doesn't even work; both inlet/outlet are the same temp. He thinks he is the ish yet people walk him everyday.

Yeah but their cars are still the coolest on the street in their minds. I feel bad for the dumb women they "pick up." Probably just giving their sister a ride...
