Default White Smoke , condensation in exhaust.

So my friend pointed this out to me today , my exhaust was having white smoke come out , Now at the moment i have a Engine light on for Primary O2 Sensor , but ive had it for a while , gas mileage is decent , about 300 a tank. The other day i realized that my timing on my distributor was ALL the way Advanced , been driving like that for 6 months , im not a mechanic so i never thought anything about it , until someone mentioned it to me , I set it back a tad , almost to middle , i did feel power loss in the 1-4rpm range but ive yet to tweak it to the right setting , I had my mechanic look at the timing through the belt , and its not off by a tooth or anything , the timing is on the money. Just replaced my spark plugs and wires with NGK Iridium plugs and Wires. Usually at work i start my car up 15 minutes before closing and let it warm up , and when i come outside i can smell fuel and i always figured its from the O2 sensor... I had my friend follow me home and even when the car is warmed up it continues to put out white smoke as im driving , its not like a huge bellowing cloud but its definitely noticeable. I read up on some searching and saw its possible to be a head gasket leak , but i do my oil changes my self and have never noticed it being milky at all , and the coolant is also brand new honda type 2 . Any thoughts are appreciated , Sorry for the long read , but there is alot of factor's i wanna put out there. OH also , keep in mind i Rarely get on my car , i pretty much granny drive it , shift 3.5 all day and the occasional pop vtec, not even once a day. Maybe like 2 times a week if that . I try to take care of my car not rag on it

Well i like to see the needle in the warm... 1 minute wont even bring it into the beginning of cold. And the smoke continues regardless of how cold/warm the car is .
