I was thinking about the Type One Exhaust for my ITR, Who's got one, how well has it performed????

I like my TypeONE although loud at times, if your lazy to put the silencer in like I am. I beleive it put 6hp at the wheels for CPR. Haven't dynoed mine yet but will shortly.

From the larger diameter piping this exhaust obviously flows better that stock, but how does it flow with the silencer in comparison to stock. < = > ???

My Type One B-pipe (attached to Spoon N1) has a bottleneck in it, it tapers down to less than 2" where the pipes meet up. Dave @SMS has the exact measurements, and he is removing my bottleneck tomorrow.

Removing the same type of bottleneck yielded some very nice gains on another member's car.

 

We'll take some before and after photos. I suspect it may be a little louder tomorrow afternoon .

Am I the only one notice it? they don't look centered and I thought the quality is top-notch.

 

Citanest, your right, when these pics were taken I had the wrong b-pipe installed. I was sent an EK b-pipe. Quickly fixed and everything fits perfect now. Of course it is all coming off tommorrow. CW here we come!!!!!

No, its not a Ti muffler but a Ti tip. They do have a Ti Muffler, I think B2finity has one of those.
