true, but most of the time (90% of the time, that i've seen) handicapped people really aren't handicapped. They walk and talk normally, even if there seniors. Usuall they drive luxury cars/suv's and drive like a dumb ***. I'm sorry for saying this but its my opinion from my own experiences. .
