Default will 5spd tranny from a 2dr bolt on to a 4dr civic?

I've got a chance to buy a b18c swap including 5spd tranny, axles, engine harness and ecu that is currently in a 97 4dr civic to put into a 99 Si shell all for $2850

My dd is a integra with a type r swap so i'm no stranger to swaps. Looks like an straight forward swap from one civic to another but i'm unsure if the tranny from a 2dr will bolt right up to a 4dr.

Does anyone know? If it doesn't what will I need?

I've always loved the 99 si's and a chance restore (theft recovery) one with a b18c for less than $3000 is awesome

The bad part is i'm moving from CO to NM in 28hrs. The 4dr is in CO and the Si is in NM so i gotta make a decision soon so i can tow the 4dr with me.

I'm pretty certain it will.. Even if not still worth the buy in IMO, just sell that one and get the right one, still be cheaper..

You're right. I mean for less than $3k i think i can spend a little more for a shift linkage for the tranny if that's the case going from 4dr to 2dr. Looks like everything else is direct fit.

X2^^^
Externally the B18C is nearly identical to the stock B16 that came in the 99-00 Si. Use the Si engine mounts and it will fall right in there.
