First off where did you buy you motor from and did it come with the tranny?
What ecu did it come with?
Did your motor come with the halfshaft or did you buy it seperate???
I ask all this so i can tell if its an SIR or XSI

A XSI halfshaft simply uses a 90-93 integra axles non-abs for both sides. Axles have males on both ends of each axle.

SIR halfshafts need "RAXLES" Its a combination of the 88-89 integra axles and 90-93 axles.

Also make sure when installing the axles the big gold dust ring on the back of the hub is OFF. Otherwise the axle wont seat all the way in.
Also engine placement plays a factor with axle bind. Who makes your mounts??

i got the motor from another car so i'm not to sure.
its a ys1 tranny
the ecu in the car is a pr3
the car it was in didn't have any problems drove it for two days before i pulled it. but the passenger axle was shot and so i used the 90 93 ls non abs axle.

the driverside seems to be fine has play where as the passenger side doesn't.
dust rings are gone.
i'm using hasport with the black inserts.

OK so its prob a sir b16. If you have hasport mounts there should def be no axle bind. You should get either RAXLES or HASPORT axles. That drivers axles are a combo of the 2 integra's and can't be bought in an auto store!
So what side is binding?
You said you replaced the pass axle with 90-93. That should have worked out good, So your concerned about driver side replacement?

90-93 half shaft will be a female.
94+ half shaft will be a male.

Get the driveshaft accordingly.

It really is THAT simple.

NOTE: I've noticed that the 90-93 halfshafts are design in a way that make the removal of the driveshaft easier vs. the 94+. That's personal preference.
