accord lip questions...
can somebody direct me to an article or write up on what's involved in fitting accord lips (front and/or rear) to 4th gen preludes. I heard it requires "minor" modafications. One person's idea of "minor" can be quite different from aothers. Perhaps some of you will have some insight if you've done it yourself? ThanX
Try this link, I'm going to the junkyard tomorrow if it quits raining!!!

I just found that earlier today and seems more helpful than people just saying, "Cut it and bolt it."

Although that link is pretty helpful for those who are thinking about this and worried, it basically just tells you to line the lip up with your bumper, drill holes to mount it and then cut off the extra plastic.
It's a very simple process. You probably wont even need to refer that page after you get the lip and place it up to your bumper with your hands. You'll see what needs to be done.

If you really need a step by step guide to line up and drill, you have some issues.
1. Line up
2. Some holes will line up right, bolt those in.
3. Drill new ones to match the holes in the bumpers, bolt
4. Cut off the extra plastic.
That's really it

Yep that pretty much sums it up
For the front lip, I cut out the underside of the raised section and the excess plastic that wraps around underneath the lip, makes it easier to bend the lip to the lude's bumper contour

That's all up to you. I kept mine and cut the lip to match, and I think it looks good. Some people use the Accord mud flaps, which have openings for the lip to seat inside, so it's seamless
