ive seen lots of people post about boosting stock GSR'S, if i bought a turbo kit and i was NOT an idiot and ran low psi, what would i need besides a bolt on turbo kit, and how can i be sure im running it safely. i have a B18C1 stock GSR.

i mean besides the basics in the kit im refering to parts, oil cooler, intercooler turbo, piping, and so on if im turboing the GSR is there anything else i need for sure to run it safely stock
fuel pump, injectors. it depends on the kit, sometimes they include them, most of the time not
also chipped ecu or engine management to get it tuned good or you can kiss your stock GSR goodbye

Here are the parts i used on my stock internal turbo GSR...it might help you figure out what you need
-SLS Shorty ramhorn/3" dp/ dumptube/ full 3" exhaust
-GT3255b .63ar turbo
-2.5" intercooler piping
-JRC 6" intercooler
-Vibrant couplers and Tbolt clamps
-RC550cc injectors
-OBD1 injector clips and resistor box
-HP Racing Intake manifold *not necessary*
-Stealthmode Oil Lines
-Fast Turbo Vac manifold
-Exedy Stage 2 clutch and ACT 11lb flywheel
-JK Tuning Chipped P28 and BoomSlang conversion harness
-random fittings, vaccuum lines, etc...
I cant think of anything i forgot, but i might have forgotten something...

The psi factor is irrelevant. You can make ~325whp safely on most pump fuels. If E85 is available, then you're looking around 400whp on stock, but you're reducing the engine's life significantly at that point.

If this was in reference to me, i made 315whp on 91 octane fuel on the setup listed above. With a higher fuel grade, i could have made more, but a bearing failure ground my stock block to a stop.
