Default major tuneup

well I just bought a 1990 crx dx and it has been sittin for about 6 months and I towed it home and it needs a major tune up and the oil was black as could be. So I need to know what products HT members recommend when doin a major tune up. This will be a project car so performance wires and plugs might be used and I will also be doin a mini -me set up with this motor. so help me out please. It also smokes so i don't know what that might be.

If you plan on using that bottom or top end for the mini me setup I suggest you take it apart and clean all the gunk out by hand.

OEM only. ngk spark plugs (OEM Honda)

do not use restore or seafoam. no need for it. heck, even spoon sports says NOT to use that stuff.

go to your local honda dealership and buy everything there.
