F22B (DOHC) cylinder thickness in relation to B18B??

F22B (DOHC) cylinder thickness in relation to B18B??
I was just wondering if the cylinder wall thickness of an F22B (DOHC) is close to the thickness of a B18B. So if i want to possibly in the future boost my F22B can I without worrying about a blow out??
Also i would like to maybe in the future run my F22B with a t3/60-1 at 9psi or is that out of the question with the cylinder wall thickness???
