Default Failed Emissions

Ok i went to go get it inspected and i failed i belive is the Monitor Part of it, it says the

02 Sens - Not Ready
EGR Sys - Not Ready
Catalys - Not Ready

However
Misfire
FulSys
Comp Cmpnt
02 Sense HTR
DLC

all passed and where ready

my question is what would cause those 3 not to be ready? I haven't done nothing to the engine except for Intake and Ebay Headers. I haven't disconnected my battery, anytime recently. However i didn't drive it when i lived in Virginia for a years time ( I did however start it up periodically). I cleaned the EGR ports once a few months ago.

Any ideas what would cause this would be appricated. Thanks

Car runs perfect, starts up prefect has good gas mileage for 156K miles

It does say something about if you dont drive your car enough after disconnecting the battery it can have the "not ready" settings and having the battery dissconnected .. which honestly in va i did disconnect it a few times and never really drove it afterwards, but i would think driving 1500 miles straight would set everything to be READy.

My check engine light does work (it lights up when i turn the car on and then goes back off after a few seconds) the only bulb NOT in there is the SRS light bulb, bu t i dont know if that really makes a difference

sounds like a sensor problem.. when i ran my truck without a sensor it would say not ready lol. but if your sensor is going it might do it too.

you need to chk if there are any codes stored in the ecu .. Go to Autozone and have them read the computer for possible stored codes ..
