Like the title said, i would like to see some pictures of 96/98 civics with SIR lips on the front and the CTR rear lip.

I'm kinda stuck between choosing all CTR or SIR front lip and CTR rear...

well that's what i was planning on doing first, but i found some pictures of the siR front and CTR rear, and it looked kinda alright....

but the pictures are very dark so cant really get a good look/opinion on it, thats why the request is here

No? But I love my mismatched car No rear lip, but it is a trim level bastard

I have the same predicament. The hard part is the front lip. You can easily slap on a rear lip and paint your sideskirts, but then the black SiR lip looks out of place, and im not a big fan of painted SiR lips. But then again, I like how the SiR lip doesn't mount on the paint like the CTR does.

I have pictures, but a more basic setup. SiR unpainted front lip, unpainted sideskirts, OEM mudguards and a CTR wing.

 

ok thanks, i really want to see how the bottom of the car "flows"with the siR lip&gt;skirts&gt;CTR rear lip.

if you get your ctr rear back anytime soon, please post a picture!

^^^That's all you need to know. If it looks good to you, that's all that matters. I think it would be cool just b/c it's different, and they're both OEM.

It's YOUR car so build it how YOU want.

I am going to build it the way i want it, that's for sure... and for now i have both the siR bumpers and the regular ones so might even make two sets....

but still need to know how the siR front lip would look in combination with the CTR rear lip (without the moldings)

go for sir front bumper.. with the ctr spec lip. that **** is haaaawt' IMO

Cant change the poll anymore

The thing is in europe ALL the 96-98 hatches came with the moldings. Just not with the front lip. It's not something special like in the US.
I've been driving around with the "SIR" bumpers around for a while know and want something else.

I have a set of "CTR" bumpers in my garage, so i might just buy me some quick bumper releases and make me a summer (all SI-R) and winter (CTR) set....

The CTR lips and wing will be all OEM, but i tried to order the SI-R lip at the dealer but its out off stock. Does anyone know a GOOD place where they sell these with GOOD fitment.

A rear lip looks funny with the SiR lip IMO.
