Fronts:

Pull the knuckle, unbolt the hub assembly from the knuckle, unbolt the rotor, press the wheel hub from the bearing hub, press the wheel hub into the bearing hub and bolt it all back together. Or if you get individual bearings instead of the hub assembly, you will need to press the bearings out and in from the bearing hub.

There is a more crude method of doing it without a press. Get a slide hammer (10lb. works best) and a hub puller. Take the axle nut off, bolt the hub puller to the wheel hub. Thread the slide hammer into the hub puller and whail away! It will take some GREAT force to get the hub out, don't be scared! Your rotor will be bolted to the wheel hub. Now remove the knuckle and unbolt the hub from the knuckle. Bolt the new hub assembly, into the knuckle and re install the knuckle in the car. Now set the wheel hub / rotor on the end of the axle and with an impact gun, run it down tight. This will sandwich the hub and press it back in. You can't do individual bearings this way but you can do hub assemblies. There is a risk of damage if you do it this way so be VERY careful that everything is seated straight. And take care not to strip the axle threads or axle nut threads.

Rears:

Pull the caliper and rotor (or drum) and pop the cap off the hub, remove the nut, replace bearing assembly, torque nut to 134 ft/lbs, reinstall.

Either way works, have fun. And both sides are the same procedure.
