I called RC Engineering and the guy said for D series motor's, they are not needed on the Intake manifold side.

I just want some one to confirm this.

Thanx In Advance

You could use those or the stock honda garmets. I dont believe you could use both.

I should clarify. I'm talking about the small O rings that are on the Injector not the big ones that are in the Intake manifold.

Do I need to use small O rings on both sides of the Injector??

And as far as the Big O Rings inside the manifold, I need to dremel them to make em work??

Here are pics of what I'm talking about. And remember this is for a D Series motor.

The one's on top circled in green are the O rings that the guy said I needed. The one's on the bottom in red are the ones he says I don't need because it's a D-Series.

And I don't know if I need to dremmel out the big grommets inside the Intake Mani.

Yes you need the ones circled in green, if you dont have them you will leak oil like crazy. For the bottom ones (in red) if you have them leave them, if you dont have them then use the little garmets that are on the intake manifold, might have to bore them.

i just finished installing lucas injectors (rc blanks) on my turbo d. you will need the small o-rings at the top but you will not use the ones circled in red. you need the larger pieces that fit into the manifold.

Yep you guys where right.

I only used the top o rings. And I had to dremmel out the manifold Orings to fit them. They are in and work.

Sweet thanks to everyone that helped.

Cheers!!
